OUR MISSION: The White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival is an all volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to raising college scholarship funds for selected White Plains High School seniors who will be continuing their education in the arts. We are committed to providing a free cultural event for the people in the community exposing them to the many forms of fine arts and crafts, as well as encouraging emerging artists by providing them an opportunity to display their art in a public setting.
